Merdeka landing page
A marketing site for a CRM used by residential trade teams.

Merdeka is a CRM for teams that install solar, roofing, HVAC, and other home systems. One job passes through many hands: sales, design, permits, install, inspection. Merdeka keeps all of it on one project record. This is a redesign concept for its landing page.
The problem
Every CRM claims to keep everything in one place. The page had to show it instead: the same project moving between departments. And since the product was still changing, it couldn't promise anything that wasn't real yet.
What I did
- Wrote the copy first. Every claim on the page maps to evidence in a table. No made-up numbers, testimonials, or logos. Short sentences, using the words people in the field actually use.
- Built the page around one record. A hero with a product screen, tabs for each department, AI examples based on the record, a pinned scroll of context around the mobile app, and the nine-stage solar lifecycle.
- Kept motion optional. Scroll animations use GSAP, but each one has a reduced-motion version, and nothing appears only through animation.
- Checked every section. Side-by-side screenshots at desktop and mobile size, issues ranked and fixed.
Built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and GSAP, as a static site on Vercel.
